The Tampa Bay Lightning is thrilled to host a GIRLS ONLY Try Hockey for FREE event at Amalie Arena on Friday, February 16th from 6:30pm - 7:30.
This event is for girls ages 5-11 that have never played ice hockey before. The event is free of charge and all equipment (skates, helmets, hockey stick, pucks, etc) will be provided! This is a one of a kind chance to skate on the same ice as the Tampa Bay Lightning and try out a new sport!
Location: Amalie Arena (401 Channelside Drive, Tampa FL)
Date: Friday, February 16th
Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm (check-in times will be approximately 5:30 - 6:00pm) - more details to follow.
What to Bring: Dress warmly (long pants, long sleeve shirt/sweatshirt/jacket, light gloves if you have them, a bike helmet if you have one (some girls prefer to wear their own helmet instead of the hockey helmet)
*This event will sell out so PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER AHEAD OF TIME.. anyone not registered will not be allowed to participate.
*Please only sign up for this event if your daughter has never played ice hockey before
