The Tampa Bay Lightning are thrilled to host a GIRLS ONLY Try Hockey for FREE event at Benchmark International Arena on Saturday, January 17th from 10am-11am.

Has your daughter shown an interest in playing ice hockey but you don't know where to start? This is the event for you! She will have the chance to try the sport on the same ice that our Tampa Bay Lightning skate on, FOR FREE!

This event is for girls ages 5-11 that have never played ice hockey before. The event is free of charge and all equipment (skates, helmets, hockey stick, pucks, etc) will be provided! 

Location: Benchmark International Arena (401 Channelside Drive, Tampa FL)

Date: Saturday, January 17th

Time: 10:00 - 11:00am (check-in times will be approximately 9:15am - 9:45am) - more details to follow.

What to Bring: Dress warmly (long pants, long sleeve shirt/sweatshirt/jacket, light gloves if you have them, a bike helmet if you have one (some girls prefer to wear their own helmet instead of the hockey helmet)

*This event will sell out so PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER AHEAD OF TIME.. anyone not registered will not be allowed to participate.

*Please only sign up for this event if your daughter has never played ice hockey before
