Please join us for our 12U AA Team Tryouts on Sunday, May 3rd from 11:15am - 12:45pm at Advent Health Center Ice.

Criteria:

• All participants must play in a Rec League or higher level (No LTP, 201, Hockey 101 etc).
• All participants must be 2014 or 2015 birth years ONLY.

12U AA Season Game Play:

• SGHL - The 12U AA Team will participate in the Southern Girls Hockey League. The SGHL consists of 7 teams from Florida and the Southeast. The teams get together for 5 league weekends throughout the season in different locations. In the 2025-2026 season, the locations were: Clearwater FL, Charleston SC, Orlando FL, and two weekends in Jacksonville, FL. All games are league games (not tournament style). The teams are ranked throughout the season and there is a league playoff weekend at the end of the season.

• SFGHL - Our 12U AA team will participate in the SFGHL - this includes 10 games against teams in Florida (Jacksonville and Orlando). Each team will have 2 games against the other two teams on a weekend. During the 2025-2026 season, games took place on Saturdays (one in the morning and one in the afternoon).

• NGHL - We will also take part in one NGHL tournament throughout the year. The NGHL has tournaments all across the country with teams from all across the country.

12U AA Coaching Staff:

*Coaching staff for the season is being finalized and will be updated and sent to all participants prior to the tryout.

12U AA Team Practice Info:

*Practice ice for the season is being finalized and will be updated and sent to all participants prior to the tryout.

*The season will run (approximately) from the end August to the end of February.

Full hockey equipment is required for the tryout including neck protection. Jersey will be provided.
