Please join us for our 19U AA Girls Jr. Lightning Tryouts on Sunday, May 3rd from 4:45 - 6:15pm at Advent Health Center Ice!

This tryout if for girls with 2007, 2008, and 2009 birth years only.

NGHL - The 19U AA Team is a National bound team that competes in the National Girls Hockey League. The team will travel to 5 NGHL tournaments throughout the year in other parts of the country. Examples of past tournaments include, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Boston, etc. 

SFGHL - The team will also participate in the SFGHL and will play games against other in state teams throughout the season. The team will have the opportunity to compete in statewide playoffs with a chance to earn a bid to the Southeast District Playoffs and potentially the Tier 2 National Championships.

19U AA Practice Days / Times:

*Practice dates for the season are being finalized and will be updated and sent to participants prior to the tryout.

*The season will run (approximately) from the end August to the end of February.

Full hockey equipment is required for the tryout including neck protection. Jersey will be provided.
