9U Girls Rec League - Fall 2025 Ice Hockey
Welcome to the Fall 2025, 9U Girls Only Rec League Registration!
Our fall format is a little different than in the past, so please read all the details below carefully!
The 9U Girls Only Rec League is for GIRLS AGES 7-9 (based on their age as of August 24th, 2025) that have completed Learn to Play (Hockey 101) and Learn to Play 201 (Hockey 201) or who have been approved by the coaching staff to skip the 201 step.

Rec League Rules:
- Each team will have a goalie with full goalie gear (provided if you do not have your own) - we have sign ups for full time goalies this season. If we do not get 4 full time goalies, we will have a sign up where girls on each team can rotate through goalie each week.
- Offsides and penalties will be called. Penalties will result in a penalty shot.
- A player will only be allowed to score 3 goals in a game. If they happen to score a 4th, it will not count toward the team score.
- The League Apps app will keep track of league standings when scores are recorded after the games. At the end of the season, we will crown a first place team.
As a reminder, the purpose of Rec League is to teach the girls the rules of the game, help them develop their skills, give them a chance to play with and against other girls, help them make friends off the ice, and to have fun. We hope your daughter will enjoy her time with us and learn as much as possible about the game!
