Welcome to the Spring 2026, 14 and Under Girls Only Ball Hockey League Registration!

We are excited to begin the season and are looking forward to seeing you at the rink!

The 14U Girls Only Rec League is for GIRLS AGES 10-14 (based on their age as of November 14, 2025).

The Spring season will consist of 8 weeks of practices and games, both of which, will take place on Fridays beginning Feb. 13th. The first practice will be an evaluation in order to create teams that are as even as possible. All game scores will be recorded, and a point system will determine the ranking of teams throughout the season.

Practice/Game Layout:

The league will have 4 teams that will practice as a team for the first 25 minutes and then play 2, 15-minute running time games.

Schedule:

7:30 - 7:55pm: Team practices

8:00 - 8:30pm: Games

All practices/games will be added to League Apps, which parents can access via the app.
